No shortcuts. No guesses. Just performance that pays. That's what you get when you participate in the AEP Texas High-Performance Homes Program. Homebuilders receive incentives for every home that meets program requirements.

Builder Resources and Support

To qualify for incentives, new homes must achieve a minimum of 5% kWh savings over the Texas 2018 TRM Baseline Refernce Home. The following program resources offer information to help you design, construct, and sell High-Performance and ENERGY STAR certified homes.
